    Overview

  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
  • I assist in the running of projects to increase customer retention. To do this I attend collaborative meetings in which we innovate and implement ideas using business models. I also play smaller and more specific roles in other people‚Äôs/departments projects within the business (for example helping in research to find best practices/sending out the communication to the network).

  • Yes I was given a lot of responsibility which I really appreciated as I was treated as an equal colleague. It was nice having the responsibility as it showed they trusted my ability.

  • I received a lot of support and guidance where I had multiple training days, a project mentor and a student manager.

  • If you are comfortable with pushing yourself to your best ability's and working in a friendly environment this is one for you. You get lots of support as the placement does involve a lot of responsibility.
