Overview
Worked with the NCE Global Delivery Project Lead or GRL/ Regional Rep (TG) or C&EP equivalent to ensure that appropriate content for specific submissions supporting R&D projects was developed and delivered to agreed timeframes and in compliance with GSK process and policy as they apply to the role.
Skills
Developed many skills such as being detail-oriented, well-organized and being a better leader and manager people to achieve specific delivery deadlines.
Responsibilities
I operated almost completely remotely during my placement and therefore received a lot responsibilities by being autonomous and supported critical activities at certain period of time.
Support & Guidance
I received tremendous support from colleagues/mentor whilst working remotely and also had very regular catch ups with my direct manager.
Culture
Very positive and focused atmosphere. Always aimed for ambitious goals amongst driven personas
Your Impressions
I had the chance to evolve on very high profile projects and have been offered an unique role to develop my career further rapidly which was in my opinion a blessing and a lifetime opportunity
