Working within GSSO in various different areas according to my personal preferences. Day to day involves attending team meetings, tracking data, working with others and taking part in Pfizer Learning Academy activities to expand my knowledge in this area
I have learnt many new skills, including computer skills (excel and workday) and also a lot of interpersonal skills including communicaton, speaking up at meetings and organisation.
Yes- I was given lots of responsibility such as sending out Newsletters for a study. It was my responsibility to collate the distribution list. I liked having responsibility but also felt I could reach out for help if i was stuck
Lots of support and guidance is given to us from the first week of placment. We are assigned to a manager that we can always reach out to but everyone is so friendly and happy to support
