  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills, or developed your existing skills?
  • This placement has vastly furthered my soft and hard skillset. The kinds of assignments I've been allocated have enhanced my skills and knowledge, with assignments targeted to broadening my skillset. Even just in terms of IT skills I've been supported in learning new software to enable me to deliver on my goals. Analytical skills, presentational skills, critical thinking are just a few areas I feel I've developed.

  • I feel a lot of trust was placed in me on a number of occasions. In particular, I was trusted to present to senior leaders in the organisation a few times which I feel was a fantastic opportunity for me to improve my confidence & presentational skills. This was a lot of pressure however I felt supported and trusted to handle this responsibility.
