  • Moderate amount of responsibility. Had to complete tasks in given deadlines and many times the updated information would affect knowledge on the client so right information had to be passed on to the team

  • Team members dedicated portions of their time to walk through tasks and explain why certain things have to be done which also helped with understanding the broader operations of corporate banking.

    Culture

  • 5. What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
  • Diverse and inclusive. Teamwork was very important and there was a very good level of support within teams and even between members from other teams. Everyone also dedicated time for catch-ups to get to know interns and did that with the wider team too to keep in touch on a more personal level. Socials were also organised to keep the team spirit alive.

  • Be themselves throughout the application process and be open to learning new things. Also, be curious about the bank and not be scared to seek for help and support.
