Overview
The insight covered several sessions about the different business areas in the firm and had personal skills sessions regarding personality and LinkedIn. Plenty of opportunities to ask lots of questions and networking with both employees and fellow candidates.
Skills
I learnt a lot about how best to set up my LinkedIn profile, which is so important as a student at this time in my career. Furthermore, I developed my people reading skills and how to approach personality types.
Business Insight
Really interesting to get a genuine insight into what each area does, especially hearing from the graduates who were in our position not long ago.
Culture
Everyone was super friendly and open to answering questions, making sure to mention that we could follow up with them afterward which is so encouraging. The HR team was extremely supportive and accommodating throughout which is reflective of their dedication as a firm.
