Overview
During the 3-day virtual event, I had the opportunity to participate in technical workshops, where we completed different coding tasks. There were also workshops led by Amazon employees, where I gained more insight on the different sectors of the company.
Skills
I developed my communication skills whilst participating in the technical workshop, as there were many occasions where I had to explain how different code worked.
Business Insight
It was very insightful. I gained a greater understanding on what is expected from the company and also the different roles that are available which I have not come across before.
Culture
Very inclusive and welcoming. The group leader of my technical workshop was very helpful and always took time to explain a particular aspect of the code that I was struggling to understand .

I enjoyed it very much. At first, I was a quite weary and nervous before going into the technical workshop but everyone was very welcoming and helpful.
