Overview
Learning about different sectors at Rothschild & Co, including: wellbeing, balance and inclusion, the archives, an introduction to IB, Global Advisory, Debt Advisory, Equity Advisory and Wealth Management, alongside others. The week also consisted of preparing and presenting a group project.
Skills
Learnt more about what Rothschild and Co is like, alongside what the daily life of analysts looks like, their values, beliefs and also developed a better understanding of what a job there would involve.
Business Insight
It was great in this aspect, as we got talks from many different sectors of the business throughout the week.
Culture
Welcoming and friendly atmosphere. They have a wide range of charity and social events.
Your Impressions
It was a very enjoyable experience. I would definitely go back. The company culture was lovely.
Yes
My main tip is to make the most out of the time there as they are happy with people asking questions and using their time there to develop their understanding.
