    Business Insight

  • 3. What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
  • It was really helpful to distinguish between asset and wealth management divisions and the roles on offer within the division. I realised buy-side primarily have a different building to sell-side. The breakdown of roles within IBD and the difference between product-based roles and coverage-based roles were useful. Great culture, really emphasised on internal mobility and family. Great benefits for starters e.g. New York bootcamp in IB. Business Resource Groups and the foothold JPMorgan is setting in the tech space is very relevant as a business leader.
