The Explore Programme lasted for 4 days which includes the following: Day 1 - Most of it was an introduction to investment banking and an overview of different terminologies within the division. There were 4 different 2-minutes presentations with 15 minutes of preparation which help with pitching skills and taught you how to be more precise Day 2 - Introduction to global markets. There were 4 divisions within the global markets division and an overview of what each role entails. We then had the opportunity to network with the people in that division Day 3 - Introduction to Technologies An overview of what it includes and what program is used within the firm. Trading game Day 4 - Introduction to Investment Banking Lots of opportunities to network and Q&A with the employees

Overall, the insight programme was very useful, however, parts of it were hard to understand but mostly because I had no background in finance, although, different speakers did a good job in making everything clears in their presentations.
