Overview
Learnt such a great amount about the bank's different divisions. There were many opportunities to network with representatives of the firm as well as peers who were on the programme. I greatly enjoyed all aspects of the 3 days and I felt I got a good insight into the financial services industry.
Skills
I wouldn't say I learnt skills as such (the programme was online) but I definitely felt that my confidence increased. At the start of the programme, I was very hesitant to ask any questions but because of the comfortable virtual environment that was created, I became more willing to ask questions as well as answer them.
Business Insight
Really insightful! I learnt a lot about how DB differs from other banks and it was very interesting to see its areas of specialism.
Culture
Brilliant! All of the representatives were super willing to answer any questions - I just wish the programme had been in person!

Definitely just be authentic about yourself and genuine with regards to your interest in finance.
