Overview
We received engaging talks from people from all throughout the firm and from their different offices gaining insight into commercial law and the firm itself and the kind of work it does. We participated in a litigation stimulation task and had the opportunity to network with trainees.
Skills
There was a focus on increasing commercial awareness and the importance of collaboration and teamwork.
Business Insight
It was exciting and motivating. It felt like a place I would really aspire to be part of and thrive.
Culture
There was a great atmosphere between employees who were also welcoming to all of us. The culture was extremely inclusive and collaborative.
Your Impressions
I did not expect to enjoy it as much as I did. I have met some great people from both the firm and those who were actually on the scheme. All the speakers were especially engaging. I am so sad it is over.
