Overview
I attended meetings, completed trainee task work, attended workshops, and met with different people at the firm to find out more about their experiences working at Clyde & Co.
Skills
Yes, I feel I have learnt how to effectively network, developed an insight into the culture of the firm, and also the type of work expected of trainees at the firm.
Business Insight
It was a helpful experience and due to the non-hierarchal structure in place at the firm, I felt that there was lots of opportunity to learn from a variety of different people within the structure which further enabled my understanding of the firm's culture.
Culture
General culture and atmosphere was very friendly, people were approachable and willing to answer questions about their experiences and the culture of the firm.
Your Impressions
As an assessment process, generally it was enjoyable. Although there may be pressures you felt internally, the approach by the firm and Graduate Recruitment was very relaxed and friendly throughout.

I would advise acting as yourself, and developing your network as much as possible at the firm.
