Overview
An insight week into the financial services industry and working in Bank of America. Events include listening to presentations/talks/panels from bankers across different lines of businesses like GCIB, GM, GTS, Risk, Audit, Technology, etc, networking/social events, etc.
Skills
For example, in the GCIB-focused insight day, bankers walked us through how they completed a deal from start to finish, the different stakeholder motives behind the deal, etc.
Business Insight
We had a general overview of most of the lines of businesses in Bank of America, and the HR team gave us a very clear explanation of the Spring Programme, how the Assessment Centre afterwards looks like, and how this integrates into their summer internship and then graduate programs later on.
Culture
Everyone was extremely nice and approachable — the company culture and general atmosphere was great!

I enjoyed it very much, would definitely recommend this programme to anyone interested in pursuing a career in finance!
