Overview
I would highly recommend to anyone considering. The people there are eager to help you embark on a career in finance and make you feel really valued. My advice would be to learn as many banking acronyms as you can before the program because, while most things are thoroughly explained, the acronyms sometimes are not explained and following the conversation can be hard.
Skills
This program will drastically improve your networking and presenting skills. They will also make you feel more comfortable talking to senior management and develop your knowledge of banking jargon and current affairs.
Business Insight
While you cannot switch the division specific days mid-week, you learn a decent amount about each sector and their relationships with eachother. For the divisional specific days, you get a good overview of the wider division and ample opportunity to talk to people from more specific roles within the division.
Culture
Amazing - everyone was lovely and open. They are normal people despite what you might think!
