Currently working in the Digital Customer Experience Lab that focuses on the e-commerce customer journey. I work on Amazon to optimise, monitor, and maintain product pages of multiple brands. Furthermore, I help with new product launches, ensuring search engine optimisation, and offer support in analysing data.
I have learned how to use new platforms such as Amazon Vendor central. I have also developed my presentation skills as well as improve my commercial awareness.
