Yes, absolutely. The placement has facilitated my personal and professional development. I now truly understand the importance of clear communication and organisation. I knew I had these skills already, but being at Pernod Ricard has allowed me to develop these due to it's convivial culture.
Yes, I have been given lots of responsibility but I always know that people will be there to help if needed. If you have a question for someone, they will always answer it or tell you who may be able to help to answer a question further. It's a good level of responsibility which enables the development during the placement.
I received lots of support and guidance from my manager, my team and also from people in the wider teams too. If I ever have a question, someone is always willing to answer it.
The culture is something that has helped me thoroughly enjoy my experience here. The office is fantastic and always has a warm, friendly atmosphere around. We also get involved in other initiatives, including raising money for charity which furthers the bonds between teams and brings people together, ultimately creating a great company culture.
I have loved my placement here at Pernod Ricard. Every day brings a new challenge, but it is most rewarding seeing the outcomes of how we tackle these challenges. I have met lots of people throughout my time here, all of whom are friendly and helpful whenever needed.
