Overview
3 days covering a range of topics related to fidelity, with sessions on asset management specifics such as Equity Research, Fixed-Income Investing and Multi-asset investement. 3 mini projects on each day relating to type of asset class covered. Networking sessions on each day too. Opportunities to talk to graduates and leaders at Fidelity International.

Practiced equity research. Information recieved was really helpful (across all fronts).

Terrific - seems like a genuinly enjoyable place to work, that still achieves high success. Very far from a hierarchical structure.
