    Overview

  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
  • On a day to day basis - I focus on building relationships with customers. Whether that be from hosting meetings with them or contact via phone calls or emails. I keep track of all the accounts at the depot I was given. This involves sorting out any payment issues an account is having, any disputes and chasing for payment on overdue invoices. I regularly work on excel and outlook.
