On a day to day basis - I focus on building relationships with customers. Whether that be from hosting meetings with them or contact via phone calls or emails. I keep track of all the accounts at the depot I was given. This involves sorting out any payment issues an account is having, any disputes and chasing for payment on overdue invoices. I regularly work on excel and outlook.

I was thrown right in! There was two weeks of training but after that you are given all the tools you could possibly need and the rest is up to you. By using your time effectively and planning correctly, you will excel at the job. You are set targets you must meet and there’s always help from anyone at the company. Although you are thrown at the deep end, help is always there
all my managers from level 2 upwards have been there for me whether I need help with my work, my life or even my personal development
Not toxic at all. Welcoming of everyone and anyone
Not one bad thing to say about it. From managers to colleague to the role itself. The learning curve is crazy and the experience I gained showed so early on. I matured as a person but also been given all the tools to develop my work personality
