Overview
In the morning we would have talks from various departments and initiatives, followed by work on our sustainability group project, then followed by work with our trainer in our allocated department. The scheme gave me real insight into the brilliant culture of A&O, as well as the work it does on a day-to-day basis.
Skills
I have learnt to be as detailed and direct as possible with my questioning. I have also learnt a lot about financial regulation, specifically regarding crypto assets and the resolution procedure of major banks.
