Overview
2 week vacation scheme. I spend each week in a different department undertaking real trainee tasks. During the week, I had presentations from each department.
Skills
I have learnt exactly what it is like to be a trainee. I gained a greater insight into the friendly culture at HSF. Skills: verbal and written communication, attention to detail and teamwork.
Business Insight
It was great to learn more about the role of a trainee and follow the work that trainees and associates undertake.
Culture
Non-hierarchical. Everyone was treated equally. Friendly and open culture. I never felt like I could not ask a question.

I really enjoyed the scheme. I wish it was even longer! I didn’t want to leave!
