  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
  • -Provide co-ordination and support to HR and OD projects including arranging and preparing for meetings, maintaining project documents, and responding to day to day queries from colleagues. -Undertake research for a range of projects, particularly related to people and organisational culture. -Use ICT to communicate with colleagues and to produce accurate, high quality documents including presentations, spreadsheets, reports, meeting notes and project documents -Contribute ideas on how we can improve things
