  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
  • My role covers so many sectors within Enterprise. I get to have a real insight into what each role means to the business and the affects it has within Enterprise. I get to sit in and participate in many meetings within the Human Resources and Talen Acquisition field. From recruitment to employee bonus' to marketing and market research; I get to see so many aspects which allows me to have a deeper knowledge as to what those roles play within the business. This also has allowed me to be more open minded with future jobs.

  • Absolutely made new and used existing skills! I was allowed to sign myself up for some training within subjects I want to improve on, so Enterprise are allowing me to reach the fullest of my potential.

  • 3. Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
  • I was given many different responsibilities at a very early stage. This allows me to excel to my fullest potential and also that as a business they have plenty of trust in me. It felt good to be given high level of responsibilities' but also to know that there was support there if I ever needed it. Enterprise are so supportive in everything you do.

    Support & Guidance

  • 4. How much support and guidance did you receive during your placement / internship?
  • As stated before, I have been given so much support and guidance since day 1. When I've wanted to improve personal areas I was supported with training. If I felt like I was unsure of a task, then I knew/felt like I could speak up and ask for help and guidance. This to me says everything about the kind of support available at Enterprise.

  • 5. What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
  • The company culture is absolutely incredible. They are diverse, they show equity and are inclusive in everything that they do. Going into work is surrounding yourself with such a fantastic atmosphere daily. Enterprise really adheres to their company's core values; which to me, is so important!

  • I will forever feel so grateful to be welcomed and work within such an amazing business. I feel so proud to work for Enterprise and hope that I will return to the company at some point.

  • My advice is to just be yourself! There is no better version of yourself than your true you! Let that shine. Enterprise is such diverse and inclusive organisation that you never have to worry about being/feeling judged or that you can/can't do something. Enterprise is there to support you on your personal/career growth.
