Usually left to work with own tasks assigned. Attend meetings on projects and tickets that you are assigned too but also those that my supervisor thinks I can help with or that I'll find interesting and further my knowledge base. Usual meetings include regular stand-ups to discus goings-on in the company and in regards to any issues with work.
Working with new software to do with working related responsibilities. Professionally working within teams, outlook and project management software. Completed training within internal provider and courses. Learnt more about industry standards.
Involved in projects that I could help with but also given some that were my sole responsibility. Give time and space to work and get used to what was required but also prompted for time responsibilities but supported very well.
Given the space to learn and develop at my own rate but also the freedom to ask anyone questions whenever I needed.
Company culture is very colleague centred and welcoming. This was evident in the onboarding process in which I was reassured I can ask anyone for help, and if they cant help they will direct me in the right direction.
