Overview
The three weeks were a great insight into working life and the culture at Accenture. As well as being encouraged to network with our peers and current Accenture employees, we were given a pro-bono project to work on. At the end of the internship, we presented back our findings to the client and were given great feedback.
Skills
I definitely gained more confidence in networking, and Accenture really encouraged you to speak to a lot of people to learn more about their industry and life at Accenture. Accenture have a great emphasis on learning and have lots of courses which you can choose to take.
Business Insight
It was a great insight. I learnt a lot about how the business was run, as well as the structure. There were also lots of opportunities to learn about the roles available and what these would entail.
Culture
It seemed like a great culture and the general atmosphere was supportive. There was a big emphasis on us learning about their culture. Also, everyone was open about their experiences within Accenture. There was a great atmosphere amongst the interns and everyone got on really well.
Your Impressions
I really enjoyed the insight and would encourage everyone who is interested in working for a company with a great culture to apply! It was very informative and helped me to develop a lot of skills which will help me greatly in the future.
