  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
  • The core part of this role involves reviewing/ signing off co-op own brands labels and communications to ensure their compliance with both legal and policy requirements. Other activities include responding to customer queries relating to Labelling as well general admin support.

  • The responsibility i was given exceeded my expectations. I felt a valued member of the team and felt trusted to complete tasks independently .

  • I always felt supported by both my line manager and team members who I had weekly catch ups and team meetings with. I was given many opportunities to get involved in a variety of project and found there was always someone willing to support with this.

  • I really enjoyed my placement year at co-op. It gave me a valuable insight into the working world as well as the knowledge, confidence and experience to pursue a career in the food industry.

  • As for any application I would say it is very important to always be yourself! I would also advice looking into the company values/ behaviours and how theses may be similar to your own.
