Overview
The core part of this role involves reviewing/ signing off co-op own brands labels and communications to ensure their compliance with both legal and policy requirements. Other activities include responding to customer queries relating to Labelling as well general admin support.
Skills
This experience was highly valuable in terms on my personal development and allowed me to build on a number of skills including communication, networking, time management and IT.
Responsibilities
The responsibility i was given exceeded my expectations. I felt a valued member of the team and felt trusted to complete tasks independently .
Support & Guidance
I always felt supported by both my line manager and team members who I had weekly catch ups and team meetings with. I was given many opportunities to get involved in a variety of project and found there was always someone willing to support with this.

Co-op has a distinctive culture based off doing the right thing and ensuring colleagues feel empowered, valued and responsible.
Your Impressions
I really enjoyed my placement year at co-op. It gave me a valuable insight into the working world as well as the knowledge, confidence and experience to pursue a career in the food industry.
Yes
As for any application I would say it is very important to always be yourself! I would also advice looking into the company values/ behaviours and how theses may be similar to your own.
