    Responsibilities

  • 3. Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
  • I believe I was provided with enough independence to happily manage the responsibilities I was given. I was encouraged to ask questions and ask for support and was trusted that I would be able to handle the tasks I was given. I feel the distribution of tasks and responsibilities was handled perfectly.

  • Daily check-ins with team leaders meant I never felt unsupported with my work professionally, and on top of that the Entry Level Talent team provided very valuable personal support for the entire year

    Culture

  • 5. What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
  • Company culture included ownership of your work, you are trusted to complete the work you are given and are not badgered to provide it, meaning I developed my independence greatly Everyone I met at Siemens was delightful to work with and speak to on a personal level. It was genuinely a great place to work overall.
