    Overview

  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
  • My role as a Digital Summer Intern was to work alongside the Marketing and E-Commerce teams to deliver on large projects, such as transforming the digital UX. Day-to-day I also supported on smaller tasks such as producing social assets, tracking digital performance and packaging mailer send outs.

    Skills

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills, or developed your existing skills?
  • Yes. Soft skills such as communication, presenting, managing multiple projects and stakeholders at once are all key takeaways. However, working autonomously on a variety of large projects also required me to upskill myself in areas such as HTML and Google Analytics. Other obvious technical skills include Excel and Powerpoint.
