Overview
Joined a variety of zoom calls and discussions about NatWest's purpose. We also had the opportunity to learn more about opportunities offered by NatWest and their employee networks. For example, we met the Gender Network and discussed diversity and inclusion. Throughout the week we were able to network with current graduates and ask plenty of questions!
Skills
I've improved on networking skills and have learnt more about NatWest's purpose.
Business Insight
Often the graduates and people we met discussing their role used very technical terms that I was not familiar with so it was difficult to really understand their role. However, I did get a good insight into what it is like to work for NatWest.
Culture
Everyone including other participants as well as graduates and people working for NatWest were all really friendly and questions were very much welcomed.

I enjoyed the elements that were interactive the most.

Definitely worth doing it! I learnt a lot about NatWest over the week and the everyone I met on the programme was really friendly.
