Business Insight
Very good, all the grads were very friendly and open for grabbing coffees during the day to explain there role in the firm. There were also team meetings most days which went into really great detail explaining the role of different departments.

Your Impressions
9/10. I have enjoyed meeting the team, I have learned a lot about the industry. Nice being involved on tasks that matter. It has also helped me get a better understanding of what I want in my career and opened my horizons to the variety of different avenues I could take in the property world.

Take your time with the application process. Really make your individuality shine through. They are a company that care for the character and person. Also, read some property magazines and research a lot into the company about what they do and learn about the different departments they have.
