Overview
Quite self-lead throughout the project. We had a daily catch-up with the team and twice weekly with our graduate support to set the agenda for that day, whether that was researching or writing the report, each day differed.
Skills
I have developed my commercial awareness by learning about the internal strategy and the way the company puts so much detail into every change they make. I have also developed my presenting skills through regularly having to informally present our project to stakeholders and colleagues.
Responsibilities
Yes- the problems statements we were given were real problems the company was facing therefore, the responsibility to solve this problem was huge.
Support & Guidance
There was constant support from the graduates and from the recruitment managers throughout the placement with regular check ins.
Culture
The company culture was very welcoming and even senior people in the business were always happy to help.

I really enjoyed my internship and I learnt a lot throughout my time there as well as made new connections and friendships.

To be as honest as you can in the interviews and don't try to sound like you know what you are talking about if you do not.
