Overview
As a Business Management Summer Analyst, you act as a trusted advisor to senior members of the firm, including Senior Managing Directors.
Skills
I have gained many new soft skills, as well as technical skills during my time at the firm. The firm provides sufficient opportunities for one to engage in further bettering their skillsets.

Responsibilities
I was given sufficient responsibility during my internship, but also not an overburdening amount. The managers find the right balance of responsibility and workload to give you.

There was an abundance of support available from the immediate team as well as Campus recruitment teams about work and personal events.

Culture
J.P. Morgan hones a very inclusive atmosphere and is a place where anyone can find groups that they associate with. Furthermore, the culture is very inclusive and everyone is willing to spare a few minutes of their time to talk to you!
