Overview
Had to solve issues that occurred and investigate issues to improve processes. Also managed tooling to make sure they were OK yo use

Time management was key and delegating as I was leading teams
Responsibilities
Was given a lot. Was in charge of a standard times project and tooling management all by myself and had to putt a team in
Support & Guidance
I was working on projects on my own but my team and manager were very supportive and open so I could ask for help whenever I needed it
Culture
Not everyone agreed with the processes going on and not everyone was treated fairly but I had a great relationship with a lot of people

Was a great experience as I had never experienced an industry set up before so I enjoyed it
