  • I really did enjoy it! Working in a team was good because I had people to rely on but also people who relied on me. I felt I thrived in this environment. In terms of the company as a whole, its openness to people from all walks of skillset is something which I really value. In this area, the company did exceed my expectations. And I would go back yes

It sounds very cliche but the truth is they aren't trying to employ the perfect version of you because that doesn't exist they want people who are open to learning and can reflect on where they need to improve. This was what was told to me in my interview as to why I got the role, I was very open to learning.
