  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
  • I provided First line support to our Customers which meant taking calls, going through our first-line pool. Mainly being the first point of contact for any CRM-related query that a customer might have.

  • A lot. during my Placement here at ProspectSoft I believe I have grown a lot professionally and personally as I have taken on new skills whether they were related to IT Job I was doing or better handling of situation that I was put into

  • very early on during our placement, we were trusted to handle our workload on our own but always with a safety net to fall to with the support from other members of the team to help us whenever we got stuck on anything.

  • The majority of our placement was done off-site due to the pandemic but even with not being on-site we were supported by the whole as everyone was just a call/message away to help.

  • 5. What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
  • Very Friendly, everyone was happy to help with things when needed and even with us staying far apart we still had virtual events every too often to bring the company together.

  • Aside from the thing that was beyond our control the whole of placement just felt like it flew by, It feels like just yesterday we were being trained but now we are coming to a close, which just mainly indicates the work environment and support in the placement itself.
