The departmental overviews provided a great overview of the different service lines and was made to be easily digested by non-cognate and cognate students, making it universal and interesting. They were well scheduled throughout the 2 week period and I really liked how they covered the presenting colleagues background and career progression to date as it really presented the variety of routes and options available both in the city and regional areas.
The company culture is one of teamwork, a level of nurturing towards the grads and genuine care for wellbeing of the employees. The biggest element of the culture that shone through was that every colleague felt listened to, comfortable and ultimately energised by the work they do. All colleagues are ambitious, the grads have a well-rounded experience and feel knowledgeable and directional in how they will approach their career post-APC.
I thoroughly enjoyed my 2 week insight, I had the ability to get involved with work that added value/progress with client relationships from the outset. I was able to go out on viewings, network internally and externally and get a flavour of the different day to day tasks within Agency
