Overview
The role involved solving complex engineering problems. The overall experience was amazing,as we worked on to develop a deep learning model. I was placed into R2 Data Labs and most of the task involved programming and deep learning.
Skills
I developed networking, communicational and organizational skills. I became innovative and confident. Beside this I got the chance to develop my programming skills and add something new to my CV. I worked on complex deep learning model along with my team, which was a good experience.
Responsibilities
Most of the task involved team work , and the work was flexible.
Support & Guidance
The line manager did a daily standup with the team which was awesome. I received extra support from my RR Buddies. With the help of buddies, I got the chance to know about other departments too.
Culture
The company culture was bold, flexible and friendly. We did a weekly call with all R2 Data Labs team which was quite nice.
Your Impressions
I enjoyed my internship from my starting date to the end. I remember my first day at the DERBY Office, the onboarding process was smooth.

I would strongly recommend my classfellows and friends to apply to Rolls Royce, as this isn't just a company but a place to learn, grow, and innovate.
