    Overview

  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
  • Working in Digital within UK WPB. I worked in the innovation and partnerships team and I had to develop recommendations for the team. My day-to-day included networking with people across digital and other areas of the bank, data research, researching the market, carrying out surveys and gathering insight, attending development talks and banking talks. I also had to create a presentation for a Employee resource group and raise money for Mind.

  • I have learnt how to efficiently research data and get a rich understanding of the current banking market. I have developed my presentation skills and managing a project from the research phase to presenting. I have improved my excel skills and powerpoint skills. I have developed my networking skills, being able to talk to various stakeholders, even at senior levels and ask them different questions.
