    Overview

  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
  • Our main job was to shadow the associates we were allotted, with the intention of assisting them with their work while learning on the job. This would involve sitting in on meetings, working on slide decks to edit them, researching on certain topics, working with excel spreadsheets or doing miscellaneous work like building websites for client use.

    Skills

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills, or developed your existing skills?
  • Absolutely. My confidence in conversation has gone up massively ever since I started interacting with people who had similar traits themselves. I became clearer in the way I spoke, and chose my words more carefully. I learnt new technical skills like Tableau and website design, and became more tech savvy in general. Lastly, I learnt how to be a team player.
