    Overview

  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
  • I am an Account Manager Support. This means I support staff in Branch with any activities they require assistance with. This includes: admin, secretarial, conversing with customers fraud checks and much more. In addition various tasks are set within the internship proggramme that we must research and feed back on.

    Your Impressions

  • 6. To what extent did you enjoy your placement / internship?
  • A thoroughly enjoyable experience. There perhaps could have been a higher level of responsibility delegated to the interns but given the quiet time during the summer it wasn't the busiest time at the branch.
