Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
I am an Account Manager Support. This means I support staff in Branch with any activities they require assistance with. This includes: admin, secretarial, conversing with customers fraud checks and much more. In addition various tasks are set within the internship proggramme that we must research and feed back on.

To what extent did you enjoy your placement / internship?
A thoroughly enjoyable experience. There perhaps could have been a higher level of responsibility delegated to the interns but given the quiet time during the summer it wasn't the busiest time at the branch.
