Overview
The role was very project based - I'd be given tasks to complete throughout the week on the projects I was rescourced on. Additionally, it was encouraged to network throughout the team. I would book coffee intros/catch ups with team members to get to know them and introduce myself.
Skills
I have developed my analytical skills, my networking skills, my listening skills, my communication skills.
Responsibilities
I was given lots of responsibility on the main project I was rescourced on. Additionally, I was given responsibility to manage my time and network around my project commitments.
Support & Guidance
There was lots of support provided from various people and seniority levels
Culture
The atmosphere in the team was really friendly! Everyone wanted to get to know me and my previous experiences. Additionally, everyone is working on really interesting projects, but they were happy to take time out to tell me about their projects and ask questions on how I was finding the internship.
Your Impressions
I really enjoyed my internship - it exceeded my expectations.
