Overview
Helping out in various areas of sustainability, recently with a focus on regulation due to new reporting requirements in the EU. I also work on client questionnaires, present internally on various topics such as our approach to ESG integration in investments, track our ESG AUM, create slide decks, help with sustainability reporting requirements.
Skills
Improved my presentation skills through multiple opportunities to present. Analysis skills through peer analysis tasks. Communication skills through working with various teams
Responsibilities
Yes - a lot of responsibility. I have presented to managing directors and executive directors, and all my work is used by the company. i have joint ownership of a few areas such as ESG client questionnaires and ESG AUM tracking

Everyone is very supportive, even though we have been working from home. There is a strong focus on career development and networking throughout the company

Everyone is very supportive and there are various networking groups and ways to meet new people, even solely through online platforms
