Overview
Day-to-day management of a real life project within the Premium Product team. This involves engaging with stakeholders, delegating execution and ensuring that timelines are adhered to.
Skills
I understand what a Fortune 500 company actually looks like internally. I have developed stakeholder management skills. Learnt planning skills. Learnt about compliance within an MNC.
Responsibilities
Yes. You are given the sole responsibility of delivering a real world project which will reach customers. The line managers guide you somewhat but you are left to work independently and challenged to complete tasks on your own
Support & Guidance
Line manager was very accessible. Campus team are excellent at responding to queries. There is good mental health sessions. There are fitness sessions. They ensure we do not work too long beyond our log-off time.
Culture
Excellent. Very inclusive and welcoming. Everyone is friendly and no one raises their voices. Issues are debated meaningfully and in-depth. Everyone takes a balanced approach. There are networks you can get involved in.
Your Impressions
This internship was excellent. It provides great experience and also makes you feel like an employee rather than just an intern. 10/10
