Overview
Monitoring the quality of vehicles coming off the production line and long term vehicle tests. Raising topics to start the problem solving process.
Skills
A true understanding of how important quality is within the automotive industry and how important the product is for every customer internally within the company and external to a buyer.
Responsibilities
Given full control with only supervision. Help was available upon request from multiple individuals within the department and company.
Support & Guidance
As much as I wanted. You were pushed to go and explore other departments and gain an understanding of what they do and how they could be used in the future. Also pushed to go and explore the products in great detail.
Culture
Positive. Given Covid-19 taking place throughout my years placement I do not feel like anybody was not providing the best they could.
