  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
  • - To create a product that matches the designers sketch and Product Managements brief. - To ensure the quality of the garment reflects price point, is fit for purpose and fits the consumer well - To communicate with the Regional office on a daily basis - To help support my line manager and the the team with their workload - Manage the critical path of the samples - create Specs and Tech packs for the vendor

  • Yes - the perfect amount of responsibility. Enough to feel like you added value and were part of the time whilst also having the support from my line manager and the wider team to achieve my responsibilities whilst learning on the job

    Support & Guidance

  • 4. How much support and guidance did you receive during your placement / internship?
  • The support was massive. My line manager was amazing and handled any difficulties I faced in the perfect way. Throughout the year the entire team/wider team offered their support the entire time

  • 5. What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
  • Amazing - the company only ever wants the best for their employees and I was looked after the entire time. Throughout my time and with it being during the pandemic, there were multiple offerings of support/guidance. The company offers amazing perks and you mental health is at the fore front. Can't say a bad word

  • To the point where I don't want to leave! I couldn't have wished for a better year in industry and would 100% do it all again
