Overview
The insight week involved attending various training sessions and seminars regarding BDO's culture and how the firm operates as a whole. I also got to meet Audit team members at the Bristol office.
Skills
I definitely improved my communication and teamwork skills while working on the group project. Additionally, I also expanded on my networking skills during the Insight week.
Business Insight
It was fantastic being able to ask so many questions regarding the role and the company in general. There was also a lot of information provided regarding the qualifications such as ACA and the work-life that BDO offers.
Culture
The culture and values of BDO are one of the biggest reasons why I've enjoyed the Insight week so much. The atmosphere at the firm is amazing and everyone's aim is to help others succeed.
