  • Attending development sessions, spotlight speaker sessions, networking events. On placement (2 days a week) linking in with my team via stand-ups, scrums and brainstorms to ensure the delivery of a better colleague experience.

  • Yes, had to create a feedback framework that the CX team did not have capacity to create but was needed as part of refining the operation of the CX Squad.
