    Overview

  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.

    • After a week-long induction, with introductions to the firm and my specific line of service, I was assigned to a client project that I worked on for half of my internship. I also participated in a Dragons Den internship project, involving research and a presentation regarding a social enterprise.

    • Yes, I worked on a live client project during my internship. Working on tasks for internal firm use, as well as tasks to be delivered/used by the client.

    • I received lots of support throughout my internship. I had a buddy (a senior associate) and a career coach (a manager) to regularly talk to for advice and guidance throughout. The recruitment team were also very helpful.

    • I really enjoyed my internship. Despite being completely virtual due to COVID, I still got a great feel for the firm and the people that work there.
