    Overview

  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
  • My responsibilities include managing HCM and Northern European internal newsletter which was sent out to 200+ employees. - Updating and managing the go to market plan for the UK HCM Sales development while co-coordinating with different lines of businesses. - Highlight of the year was when I started to learn more about reporting and using data to design and plan with the help of the team. - Was involved in many exciting projects including social media content and creating storyboards for promotional videos. - Took the opportunity to lead Macmillan Coffee Mornings as a part of Oracle volunteering

  • o Effective and strong Team Management having to work with various college teams in theatrical productions. o Multi-tasking has been my routine since I started working as a part-time teacher while managing my studies as well as acting in local film projects. o Could demonstrate good organisational skills during working on multiple projects for the sales development team at Oracle. o Managing multiple complex priorities and working to demanding deadlines to deliever accurate reports and data for the pipeline forecast. o Powerful communication skills developed during theater workshops and later during employment period. o Successful interpersonal skills demonstrated while managing and leading volunteering projects like Macmillan Coffee Mornings. o Enthusiastic networker, having opened important communication lines during university days in a new country to find relevent opportunities and continueous learning. o Effective Counseling skills as demonstrated while counseling students and working at open counseling camps at the Psychology department. o Always love to take on opportunities with excitement and passion. o Successful out of the box thinker, as established during the working of theatre productions and managing projects virtually.

  • Yes, I was an integral part of the Sales Development Team. As the team worked with many different lines businesses including marketing and sales, there were great opportunities to network and get involved with them.

  • Very inclusive and supportive. Senior employees were very enthusiastic for the interns to give guidance support to reach our personal goals.

  • The company culture to be a self starter was a great fit for me, it helped me to grow in many ways I did not even expect and given a chance in the future I would definitely rejoin Oracle.

  • Be open and be yourself. Oracle is a very big organisation, take some time to understand the business if/when you join. The people here are the reason I would recommend joining Oracle.
