Throughout the three day placement, we were given buddies who worked at PwC and essentially acted as handlers. This buddy acted as a point of contact for us who we were able to debrief with each day and speak to on a regular basis in order to plan which activities and interactive sessions we wished to take part in. We were able to shadow this buddy and listen in on some confidential client call to gain a deeper insight of the area of the business they worked in which was great.

This information was made readily available to us through our handlers. Initially understanding all the technical jargon was difficult to understand, however staff was so understanding and welcoming when it came o answering questions.
Diversity and inclusion is a key theme seen throughout the business with this resonating with me being someone coming from an ethnic minority background. PwC's key values align with my own and the purpose of attempting to build trust in society and solve important problems is one i find truly inspiring.
I thoroughly enjoyed the insight programme and found it to be a greatly insightful programme.
